SHIPPING

Shipping charges can be calculated in your shopping cart before payment is processed.

All shipping addresses must be specific and complete. Please include business name, apartment information, and/ or suite number. Any changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our shipment of the order to you.

We can ship to post office boxes through the United States postal service. We are not responsible for special shipping requests (ie., leave at front door, etc.) We strongly suggest you consider using your work address as the shipping address if there will be no one available at your residence during the day to accept the package. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.

We ship Worldwide! Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are sent via the United States Post Office . Shipping charges are dependent on the postal code and will display during the online ordering process. ~It does not cover any customs, VAT or duty charges the buyer's country may impose on the receiver of the package.  These are the buyer's responsibility.~

Most in stock merchandise ships within 3 days. Items that we need to order or that require personalization can take up to two weeks. If your date is fast approaching, be sure to email us before ordering so that we can be sure to have your items to you in time for your special day!
 

ORDER CHANGES

In an effort to provide the fastest possible service, no changes may be made to your order once it is in processing - usually within 24 hours  Requests for delivery changes cannot be accepted after 24 hours.  

RETURNS

Our policy reflects the policies of bridal shops throughout the United States. Wedding merchandise is fragile and easily soiled, therefore all sales are final. Due to the one-use nature of wedding merchandise, these policies are strictly enforced. Every bride wants fresh, new items for her wedding and not something that another customer has handled and then returned. Our exception to this is for sizing issues on dresses. Most dresses will require alterations but each request to return a dress because it does not fit will be reviewed on a case by case basis.  We must receive your request within three days of delivery. 

We are willing to work with our customers to make sure they are happy with their purchase so please contact us if your item is not right for you.

For all other items - we do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise, and do not issue refunds to credit cards for any reason. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment. Please save the box and we will file a claim with the carrier. Please note that a claim can only be filed if you have the original packaging. Our liability is limited to replacement of the item, if available in time for your event. We do not issue refunds for damaged shipments unless we cannot replace the item. If you receive an incorrect item, or if the item is damaged, we ask that you take a digital photograph of the item and email it to us so we can expedite the replacement process. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, it will be replaced with the exact same item. You will be issued a Return Authorization that will need to be included with your return. No returns will be accepted without this.
